Founder of XR Masters, Chairman of Mezun Group, U.S. Country Representative of TABA/Amcham (Representative of American Chamber of Commerce in Turkey), North America Region, Board Member of  World Turkish Business Council (DTIK/DEIK) under the Foreign Relations Board of Turkey. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Boğaziçi University in Istanbul and his MBA from the University of Baltimore.

Mr. Hantal describes himself as a serial entrepreneur with a deep passion for education and a strong technology enthusiast with a profound focus on XR and spatial computing technologies.

He started R&D work on spatial computing technologies when he was in Silicon Valley (California) in 2014. The following year, he founded his new venture, XR Masters (www.XR-Masters.com) and in 2016, the company opened its Istanbul office in Turkey.

Mr. Hantal is a pioneer in international education, possessing 20 years of experience in the field, while also maintaining a presence in the academic community as an adjunct professor from time to time. His first venture Mezun Group, which he co-founded back in 1999, became the largest international recruitment and enrollment management company, servicing US, UK and Turkish educational institutions for their recruitment needs in Middle East, Central Asia, North Africa and Turkey.
